Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Generously season your fresh turkey with salt and pepper, then stuff it with your stuffing mixture. Place in a roasting pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  3. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the mixed vegetables for 5-7 minutes until bright and tender. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. Roast the covered turkey for about 3 hours. Uncover for the last 30 minutes for crisp skin, basting periodically.
  6. Remove the turkey when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and let it rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
  7. Serve the turkey alongside mixed vegetables and the pumpkin dish, presenting a colorful spread.
