Method
 

Turkey Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the turkey generously with salt and pepper, then stuff with gluten-free stuffing, and place in roasting pan.
  3. Cover the turkey loosely with foil.
  4. Roast for approximately 3 hours, uncovering for the last 30 minutes.
  5. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
Vegetable Preparation
  1. Boil mixed vegetables for 5-7 minutes and set aside.
Pumpkin Dish Preparation
  1. Combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Pour into a baking dish and bake alongside the turkey during the last 30 minutes.
