Instructions
  1. Bring chicken thighs to room temperature and season generously with Lawry's seasoning salt, cracked black pepper, and garlic powder. Coat in flour and shake off excess.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onion until translucent. Add garlic and crushed red pepper, sauté for another minute, then mix in the reserved seasoned flour.
  4. Gradually add chicken stock while whisking to prevent lumps. Bring to a simmer and allow to thicken for 5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Nestle chicken back in the pan, cover with gravy, and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, uncover, and serve with gravy spooned over the chicken, garnished with parsley.
