Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-6 minutes. Drain and toss with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add soy sauce and honey to the skillet. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water, then add to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and gently combine them with the sauce.
  6. If using, add vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve the Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
