Cooking Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-6 minutes. Drain and toss with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce and honey to the skillet. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water, then add to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and gently combine them with the sauce.
- If using, add vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.

Notes
For best flavor, consider marinating chicken for 30 minutes before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, best consumed fresh.
