- Boil 1¼ cups of water in a medium pot. Remove from heat, whisk in strawberry jello powder until fully dissolved.
- After cooling slightly, stir in ¾ cup of red berry vodka until well mixed.
- Fill 2-ounce plastic shot cups with the jello mixture, leaving a quarter inch of space at the top.
- Chill the filled shot cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Top each shot with a candy eyeball just before serving.
