Ingredients

For the Noodles
  • 1 pack Samyang Carbonara Noodles Feel free to substitute with any spicy instant noodle brand.
For the Corn Cheese
  • 1.5 cups Frozen/Canned Corn Fresh corn can be used for a brighter flavor.
  • 1 cup Grated White Cheddar Any melty cheese can work as a replacement.
  • 0.5 cup Grated Mozzarella Substitute with another mild melting cheese if desired.
  • 1 tbsp Japanese Mayo Regular mayo is a great alternative.
  • 1 tsp Sugar Adjust or omit to suit your taste.

Equipment

  • pot
  • Medium Pan
  • Stirring Spoon

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling a pot of water. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, add the Samyang carbonara noodles and cook them according to the package instructions, typically around 4–5 minutes. Drain the noodles and transfer them to a serving plate.
  2. In a medium pan, heat over high heat and add your corn. Stir in the grated white cheddar, mozzarella, mayonnaise, and sugar. Reduce the heat to medium to prevent sticking and cook for about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Continue stirring the corn cheese mixture gently until the cheeses fully combine into a gooey, velvety topping, approximately 2–3 minutes more. Remove the pan from heat and let sit for a minute to thicken.
  4. Pour the luscious corn cheese mixture over the prepared noodles, ensuring even coverage. If desired, garnish with dried parsley. Enjoy!
