- Combine mayonnaise, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, minced bread & butter pickles, pickle brine, fresh black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Whisk until blended and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Mix ground beef with kosher salt and fresh black pepper gently. Divide into 2 ½ ounce balls and refrigerate.
- Preheat the griddle over high heat for about 5 minutes until extremely hot.
- Place beef balls on the griddle; lay a tortilla on each and smash firmly using a spatula. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden-brown.
- Flip each taco and cook for an additional 2 minutes, adding cheese on top to melt.
- Serve hot, drizzled with burger sauce, and topped with lettuce, onions, and dill pickle chips.
