  • Pepper Essential for seasoning; adjust according to your taste.
For Garnish
  • Fresh parsley Omit if you're short on time or ingredients.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  2. Wash and chop the bell peppers, red onion, broccoli, zucchini, and baby potatoes into bite-sized pieces, and place them into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add it to the vegetable mixture.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss everything thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan, spreading it out into an even layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sausage is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.
