  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil or olive oil

For Garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the ingredients by washing and slicing the bell peppers, cutting broccoli, dicing the onion, and mincing the garlic.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté onion for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Increase heat, add ground beef, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Stir in bell peppers and broccoli, cooking for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients and pour over the stir-fry, cooking until thickened.
  7. Finish with sesame oil, serve over rice or noodles, and garnish with green onions.
