Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) or set your slow cooker on low.
  2. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper, then sear it in a hot skillet until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the seared roast to the slow cooker or a large pot, then mix in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Add carrots, onions, and potatoes around the roast.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 6-8 hours in slow cooker or 2-3 hours in the oven until tender.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
