Method
 

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place your chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-4 hours.
  3. Prepare the topping by combining crumbled feta cheese with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, arrange in the baking dish, and top with the feta mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving with fresh greens or roasted vegetables.
