Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground turkey for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add the Italian seasoning and marinara sauce, simmer for 10 minutes and spread an even layer in a baking dish.
  5. Mix ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Fill each jumbo shell with the filling and place them seam side up in the baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella on top, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
