- Grate 1-2 Persian cucumbers and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Mix and refrigerate.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, red onion, feta cheese, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, dill, cumin, salt, and pepper gently until just combined.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet, leaving space between meatballs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve hot with tzatziki sauce and lemon wedges.
