  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For cooking.
For the Tzatziki
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Use full-fat for creaminess.
  • 1/2 cucumber Cucumber Grated.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill Chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Meatball Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Tzatziki Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
