Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing for 1-2 minutes. Add shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out each biscuit into a 1/4-inch thick circle on a floured surface.
- Fill each biscuit with about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture, fold the dough over, and pinch edges to seal.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
