Dough

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing for 1-2 minutes. Add shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out each biscuit into a 1/4-inch thick circle on a floured surface.
  5. Fill each biscuit with about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture, fold the dough over, and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
