Steps for Making Cookies
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of oats and 1/2 cup of cocoa powder. Stir together until fully blended.

- Pour the smooth wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- With a tablespoon, portion out the mixture, form into small balls, and flatten slightly.
- Transfer the cookies to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.
