Step-by-Step Instructions for Baked Dumplings
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking dish.
  2. Combine coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in the baking dish and whisk until smooth.
  3. Grate in garlic and ginger into the broth, adding ¼ cup of water for a brothier texture if desired.
  4. Chop bok choy and zucchini, then add to the broth mixture and toss gently.
  5. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer atop the vegetable and broth mixture, pressing gently.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Ensure the broth is bubbling before uncovering.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until dumplings are golden and slightly crisp.
