  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme can substitute with rosemary or basil
For Garnish and Serving

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and chopped thyme. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes and coat thoroughly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat, adding olive oil if using a skillet.
  4. Remove pork from the marinade and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Let pork bites rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
