Cooking Steps
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in chili paste and soy sauce, then add chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Divide the noodles into bowls and ladle hot broth over them. Slice chicken and place on top.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and soft-boiled eggs if desired.
