  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic Sauté until fragrant
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste Adjust to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Use gluten-free if necessary
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth Can use vegetable broth for vegetarian
For the Noodles and Toppings
  • 4 ounces Ramen Noodles Udon or rice noodles can be used as alternatives
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Scallions For garnish
  • 2 pieces Soft-Boiled Eggs Optional, slice in half to reveal creamy yolk

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chili paste and soy sauce, then add chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes, drain and set aside.
  6. Divide the noodles into bowls and ladle hot broth over them. Slice chicken and place on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped scallions and soft-boiled eggs if desired.
