Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into uniform bite-sized cubes.
  3. Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl to prepare the sauce.
  6. Add sausage on top of the roasted sweet potatoes and drizzle with honey garlic sauce.
  7. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes until sausage is cooked through.
