  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or seasoned
  • 1 large Egg Binds meatball mixture
  • to taste Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be substituted
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Fresh thyme can be an alternative
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Low-sodium if preferred
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch Can be omitted for a thinner sauce
For Garnishing
  • to taste Fresh Parsley Optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into approximately 32 medium-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20–25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160℉ (71℃).
  5. In a skillet, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch over medium heat. Stir until it comes to a gentle boil, about 3–5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the baked meatballs to the skillet and gently stir to coat them in the sauce. Warm through on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Serve the meatballs warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
