- Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into approximately 32 medium-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20–25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160℉ (71℃).
- In a skillet, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch over medium heat. Stir until it comes to a gentle boil, about 3–5 minutes.
- Transfer the baked meatballs to the skillet and gently stir to coat them in the sauce. Warm through on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
