- In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, chopped onion, cilantro, and chili powder with mashed avocado.
- Preheat a skillet over low heat. Warm tortillas for about 20-30 seconds on each side.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat, spoon filling onto the center, fold, and roll tightly.
- For a crispy exterior, return burritos to the skillet on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
