Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over medium heat. Allow the oil to shimmer for about 2 minutes.
  2. Carefully place the dumplings in the skillet without overcrowding. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add 4 cups of chopped bok choy and 1/4 cup of soy sauce to the skillet. Stir and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until bok choy wilts.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of vegetable broth, increase heat slightly and bring to a gentle simmer. Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid, taste the sauce and adjust seasoning. Simmer uncovered for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce reduces slightly.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
