Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Dough: Roll out pie crusts, cut into 4-inch rounds, and press into a greased muffin tin. Freeze while preparing the filling.

  3. Make the Filling: Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Fold in spinach, onion, ham, and cheese.
  4. Fill and Bake: Fill each muffin cup ¾ full with egg mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden.
