- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your muffin pan by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, stollen spice, sugar, and dried fruits. Whisk until mixed and no lumps remain.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, buttermilk or yogurt, and melted butter until blended.
