Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly across the dough, followed by seasoning and fillings.
  5. Roll the dough from one long edge into a tight log and pinch to seal the ends.
  6. Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with dipping sauce.
