  • 1 lb Beef Kielbasa or smoked turkey for a lighter option
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks fresh pineapple adds a vibrant twist
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce or soy sauce mixed with ginger
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce adjust to taste for heat
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice freshly squeezed is best
For Assembly
  • 10 Plain Toothpicks soak in water to prevent burning

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Soak the plain toothpicks in water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. On the prepared baking sheet, place a slice of beef kielbasa followed by a chunk of pineapple on each slice.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and pineapple juice until smooth.
  5. Brush the glaze over each kielbasa and pineapple stack, then insert the soaked toothpicks.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until heated through and glossy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
