- Soak the plain toothpicks in water for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On the prepared baking sheet, place a slice of beef kielbasa followed by a chunk of pineapple on each slice.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and pineapple juice until smooth.
- Brush the glaze over each kielbasa and pineapple stack, then insert the soaked toothpicks.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until heated through and glossy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
