- In a medium bowl, combine warm water with granulated sugar. Sprinkle yeast over it and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together bread flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
- Grease a baking pan, deflate the cold dough, transfer it to the pan, and cover to rise for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan until golden brown; let cool.
- Combine browned butter with light brown sugar and cinnamon until dissolved.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Dimple the risen dough and drizzle with topping.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then glaze with whisked powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
