- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the French bread loaf lengthwise down the center, cut side up on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives, black olives, green onions, softened butter, mayonnaise, and grated Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well.
- Spread the olive mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread halves.
- Bake the bread for 20-25 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes, then cut into slices and serve warm.
