- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss wings until coated.
- Lightly spray a parchment-lined sheet pan with oil spray and arrange the wings in a single layer. Lightly spray tops with oil.
- Reduce oven temperature to 425°F (218°C) and bake wings for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway and spritzing with oil again.
