Preparation and Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350°F/175°C) and brush the grill grates with canola oil.
  2. Slice Honeycrisp apples into 24 thin, even slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Toss apple slices with olive oil, kosher salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Grill apple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and apples soften slightly.
