Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat in a large saucepan.
  3. Add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows to the butter and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and 1/4 cup of molasses.
  5. Add 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
  6. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture in, pressing down to create a smooth surface.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips and drizzle over cooled treats, optionally adding crushed gingerbread cookies.
  9. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
