Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Drizzle chicken tenderloins and halved baby potatoes with olive oil in separate bowls.
  3. Mix paprika and poultry seasoning together and sprinkle over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Spread the seasoned baby potatoes in a single layer and roast at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the seasoned chicken tenderloins for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Lower the heat, add butter and minced garlic, and stir for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Combine roasted potatoes with the garlic and chicken, mixing gently.
  8. Stir in the garlic parmesan sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Cover for 5 minutes.
  9. Remove the lid and serve hot.
