For the Steak
  • 1 lb Beef Steak Choose ribeye or sirloin for best results.
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Rich, creamy texture.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced fresh garlic.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.
Optional Additions
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese For a salty kick.
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Add for spice.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, sear for 4-5 minutes each side, then let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter until bubbly, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Slice steak and return to skillet with garlic butter. Warm through for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add drained rigatoni, toss to combine. Add reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
  6. Finish with parsley and optional parmesan and red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
