Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, pour in your choice of milk and add one Earl Grey tea bag along with a cinnamon stick. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it reaches a low simmer, allowing it to steep for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Once steeped, carefully remove the tea bag and cinnamon stick, squeezing any excess liquid back into the saucepan.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and mashed banana to the fragrant tea-infused milk. Add a splash of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and cook the mixture for another 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
  5. Once the oatmeal reaches your desired thickness, remove it from the heat and transfer it into bowls. Top with additional banana slices or stewed blueberries.
