- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in cooked rice and tomato sauce, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Slice bell peppers in half, remove seeds, arrange in a baking dish.
- Fill each pepper half with turkey and rice mixture, optionally sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender.
