  3. Thicken the remaining cider to about ⅓ cup for the glaze.
  4. Combine the ingredients for the streusel topping until crumbly.
  5. Toss sliced apples with a tablespoon of cider glaze.
  6. Cream the butter and sugars, then add the egg and vanilla until combined.
  7. Mix dry ingredients and alternate with sour cream and cider.
  8. Fold in the apple slices evenly into the batter.
  9. Spread batter in pan and sprinkle streusel topping. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake and cool before serving.
