- Combine blueberries, sugar, and gelatin in a saucepan. Heat until simmering, then remove and refrigerate in dome molds until set.
- Blend cottage cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in whipped cream, chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, eggs, and baking powder, bake for 25-30 minutes, cool and cut into rounds.
- Layer sponge, blueberry jelly, and lemon mousse in dome molds, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Whisk blueberry juice and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook until thickened, glaze the domes, and chill to set.
- Remove domes from molds, decorate with flowers and lemon zest, serve chilled.
