Preparation Steps
- Thaw two sheets of frozen puff pastry overnight in the refrigerator. Roll each sheet into a rectangle measuring approximately 10x12 inches.
- Spread 1½ tablespoons of Dijon mustard over each pastry sheet. Layer six slices of deli ham on top.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese over the ham.
- Tightly roll each sheet into a log. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice the chilled logs into ½-inch thick pieces. Arrange them on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 18 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
