Preparation Steps
- Slice beef into thin strips, about ¼ inch thick, and place in a bowl. Add soy sauce and cornstarch, coating the beef. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat, add oil, and sauté sliced onions for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Increase heat to high, add marinated beef to the wok, and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Pour sauce into the wok, stirring to coat and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
