Preparation Steps
- In a small bowl, combine the spice mix ingredients: smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Wash and cut the medium potatoes into chips or wedges, then toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F) or oven to 220°C (425°F). Cook seasoned potatoes until crispy and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add lean beef mince, breaking it apart, and cook until browned. Stir in the remaining spice mix.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, then mix until smooth.
- Assemble the bowls by layering crispy potatoes, shredded lettuce, seasoned beef, cheese, pickle slices, and drizzling with special sauce.
