Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and eggs until fully combined. Gradually incorporate flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and graham crackers.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, portion dough, roll in graham crackers, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheets.
