Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out both cans of crescent roll dough until the perforations are no longer visible.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well blended.
  4. Brush melted butter over the first sheet of dough and sprinkle half of your cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  5. Place the second layer of dough on top and slice into long strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
  6. Roll each strip tightly into a spiral, tucking the end underneath. Dip in melted butter and then into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Place cruffins upright in a greased muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
