Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes), then drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked tortellini with olive oil or melted butter, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange coated tortellini in a single layer.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with chili flakes, Parmesan, and parsley. Serve with marinara sauce.
