Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs with mustard in another, and crushed pretzels in a third.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg mixture, and then press into crushed pretzels.
  5. Place the breaded chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. In a saucepan, combine milk, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce over medium heat. Stir and add cheddar until melted.
