Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with the ranch seasoning mix until smooth. In another bowl, combine cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then coat it in the cheese and cracker mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on the baking sheet, spaced apart. Lightly spritz the tops with cooking spray and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
