Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, around 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Brown the Beef: Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Incorporate Tomatoes and Broth: Stir in diced tomatoes and broth, let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Reduce heat, fold in Greek yogurt and Parmesan, adding reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
  6. Add Cooked Pasta: Fold cooked pasta into the sauce until coated.
  7. Serve: Serve in bowls, garnished with extra Parmesan and black pepper.
