Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a lined 9x9 inch pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Incorporate vanilla extract and ricotta cheese, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  4. Allow to cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Optionally add mini chocolate chips or orange zest.
