  • 2 tbsp Parsley Fresh chopped; substitute with chives or omit if unavailable.

Steps to Prepare Cowboy Mushrooms
  1. Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel and trimming the stems if needed.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until fully liquid and slightly frothy (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
  4. Add the cleaned baby bella mushrooms, stirring to coat them in garlic butter. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in the Worcestershire and soy sauce, and add black pepper to taste. Stir thoroughly.
  6. Simmer the sauce for another 2 to 3 minutes to thicken and adhere to the mushrooms.
  7. Toss in chopped parsley just before serving for freshness and color.
