Steps to Prepare Cowboy Mushrooms
- Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel and trimming the stems if needed.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until fully liquid and slightly frothy (about 2 minutes).
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the cleaned baby bella mushrooms, stirring to coat them in garlic butter. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes until tender.
- Pour in the Worcestershire and soy sauce, and add black pepper to taste. Stir thoroughly.
- Simmer the sauce for another 2 to 3 minutes to thicken and adhere to the mushrooms.
- Toss in chopped parsley just before serving for freshness and color.
