Buttercream Preparation

  6. Cut into 1-inch squares and transfer to parchment-lined trays.
  7. Melt dark chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  8. Dip each buttercream square into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  9. Let chocolates set at room temperature for 1-2 hours or refrigerate for faster results.
